NEW  – Support Agreement options – from 1st February 2017

‘Automatic Updates only’ – is now a Support Agreement option for LD software clients.

This is a cost effective plan to ensure that your LD software is kept ‘up to date’.

It does not include ‘Support’ hours.

Support hours can be purchased in a Support Agreement, including Automatic Updates.

In a pre-paid Support Agreement, the hours are charged at a discounted rate, with no extra charge for the Automatic Updates.
