Service & Support
- The purchase price of any Logical Developments software includes 30 days phone and email support. You then have three options for on-going support - see below.
- The one contract covers all of the Logical Developments software purchased by your company.
Support charges apply to any issue, for example:
- Problems due to incorrect preference settings and/or user error.
- Providing additional staff training and assistance.
- Installation, hardware and/or network issues.
Option 1 No pre-purchase agreement
Call for support as needed at the standard rate of $110.00 per hour.
Option 2 Pre-purchase Contract One
Includes automatic updates.
$495.00 buys 5 hours at $99.00. Total saving of $55.00.
Option 3 Pre-purchase Contract Two
Includes automatic updates.
Includes access to the Bug Tracker.
$880.00 buys 10 hours at $88.00. Total saving of $220.00.
General Points
- All prices include GST.
- Email/Phone support:
- Minimum charge of 15 minutes applies, further charge in 15 minute increments.
- On-site support:
- Perth metro: minimum callout fee of 1 hour including travel.
- Non-Perth metro: quote will be provided.
- Is calculated as per support option.
- Options 2 and 3 are twelve-month agreements.
- Once the nominated hours have been used, the standard rate applies.
- At the end of the contract period, you can either renew the same agreement, or opt for an alternative, including option 1.
- Unused hours are not carried over into the next period.
- When calling for support, you need to quote your contract details.
